Privacy Policy - Account and Data Deletion Request

This page provides the necessary instructions for requesting the permanent deletion of your user account and all associated personal data, as required by the Google Play User Data policy and applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR).

Important Note: If you are currently logged into the app, the fastest and most immediate way to delete your account and data is by using the dedicated in-app feature: Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data.

External Request for Account and Data Deletion

If you have uninstalled the application or are otherwise unable to access the in-app deletion feature, please follow these steps to submit a formal deletion request via email:

  1. Sender Verification is Mandatory:

    You must send your request from the exact email address you used to sign in to Ebooklet via Google Sign-In. Requests sent from different email addresses cannot be processed.

  2. Send the Email:

  3. Set the Subject Line:

    The subject line of your email must be: ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUEST

  4. Confirm Intent:

    In the body of the email, you must clearly state that you authorize the permanent deletion of your **account and all associated data**.

Processing and Confirmation

Once we receive your valid request, we will take the following actions:

  • We will use the provided email address to verify the request is legitimate.
  • We will permanently delete your user account and all associated personal data (including your Email Address, Name, and User ID stored by Firebase Authentication).
  • We aim to complete the entire deletion process within **30 days** of receiving your verified request.
  • We will send a final email confirmation to the email address provided once the deletion is complete.
